Walnut bread in a pot

I just have to share this bread recipe with you all, it’s so easy to make and tastes and looks like you bought it from the fanciest bakery. You have to have a pot thought, one that you can put in the oven, preferably round which will give the bread a nice rounded look. So this is what you need for the Walnut bread…(makes one loaf)

Walnut bread

3 cups of all purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 1/2 cups of luke warm water
A handful of Walnuts

Mix the dry ingredients together and the then add the luke warm water, mix the ingredients into a dough, cover and leave over night (8-12 hours).

In the morning (or when your ready to bake!) put the oven on 230° and put your pot in the oven so it’s heated up when you put the bread dough in. If your pot isn’t non stick inside you might want to put some baking paper in there so the bread doesn’t stick to the edges.

While you for the oven to heat up, put flour on table and get the dough out. Shape the dough into a round ball and the put in the pot with the lid on. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the lid off and bake for another 15 minutes…Done! It is so easy to make this bread, you’d be silly not to!

Enjoy folks!
