Vegan Cocunut and Chocolate Tartufini – by Martina

Vegan Coconut “Tartufini “

This is what you need


    • 45 gr hazelnuts
    • 45 gr almonds
    • 30 gr coconut
    • 1 tablespoon fructose or sugar
    • 1 tablespoon non hydrogenated margarine

This how you do it

Chop both the hazelnuts and the almonds.


Mix all the ingredients together until you have a smooth compound then roll  little balls and pass them in the shredded coconut.


Put them in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before eating them.
If you find out that your mixture seems to be too soft, add some cornstarch.

Vegan choco “tartufini”


This is what you need


    • 200 gr dark chocolate
    • 120 gr bitter cocoa powder
    • 2 to 3 Tablespoon Fructose or sugar
    • 80 gr non Hydrogenated Margarine
    • 80 gr  chopped hazelnuts
    • 3 Tablespoon Cornstarch

This how you do it

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.


Mix all the ingredient together until you have a smooth but not too soft mixture.


Make some little balls with the compound and roll them in some icing sugar, cocoa powder or whatever you prefer. Serve cold, after at least a couple of hours.
