It is Thursday and time for a new issue of ‘Music Weekly‘! I stumbled across this young guy the other day called Jake Bugg. He was born in 1994 and that was the same year as Oasis album ‘Definitely Maybe‘ was released. But that is history and now Jake Bugg is all grown up – well almost, and is under Noel Gallagher’s wings. Actually you could say he is under Noel and his Highflying Birds’s wings at the moment since Jake Bugg is supporting Mr Gallagher’s tour. yeah I know, I’m hilarious.

Jake is a singer-songwriter from Nottingham. His music is very much inspired by Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys and many more bands along those lines. He has released a few singles and the self-titled album is out on the 15th of October. I like it so far, I think he has got something.
