AMC’s The Walking Dead was probably THE most anticipated show of 2010 and was super mega hyped months and months before it premiered. It has in these two years become a huge hit and appeals not only to teenage splatter and gore fans of the comic books but to a very broad audience, probably because it plays with high quality theatrical grandeur, on a canvas that feels real, looks cinematic and has an orchestral score to match.
